This spreader comes ready to use and holds up to 5000 sq ft of scotts products.It has a fold down handle for easy storage. Accurate spreading, keeps fertilizer off driveways and side walks. Great for smaller lawns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotts Turf Builder was easy to assemble, instructions was very easy to understand. It's the perfect size to use for a small yard , all you do is fill it and go. The wheels make it very easy to move around and practically moves itself.

Same Quality as the DLX

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have a Turf Builder DLX and the mini is just a smaller version. Same quality build. Perfect for smaller yards. I have a small hand held crank spreader I used for overseeding but I use the mini now. I'll use the DLX for the big fertilizer spreads but the mini for everything else.

Spreads evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as expected, much easier to push, spreads fertilizer evenly with no problems. I have some slopes in my yard but it was no problem using this to get every inch of my yard. The spinning disc does the job in distributing well throughout. Highly recommend this spreader.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my second purchase of a Scotts Edge Guard Spreader. The first one lasted 10 years. Very durable and effective. I especially like the adjustable dial that I set to the proper level based on the product being applied. Never a problem with it. Very easy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received fertilizer spreader and put it together. It was very easy to put together and send will built. It's all plastic but the metal ones I've had in the past all corrode so this should be better. The controls are ready to read and get too.

Very Nice Spreader

It is quite well constructed and has lots of nice features like a large hopper, four drop holes, and dual spreader mechanisms. The wheels on this are very nice as well and the edge guard feature works well. Very easy and effective to use and should provide years of use if maintained properly. Beats the pants off of every other spreader I have used. And it's attractive to boot!
