This product is the secret to my 'evergreen & plush' lawn. My neighbors constantly wonder why my grass is so green and I tell them that the spreader is the reason.
Pros: Value, Quality, Easy to Use, Effective
Cons: just have spray wash after a couple of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Edgeguard works great for my yard size. I have had no issues and it worked like I expected. I recommend it if you need a smaller size and something a little bit less in cost.

This broadcast spreader lasts and lasts. The spreader is not cheaply built. It's very durable and you won't be disappointed in the long lasting durability and its evenness in spreading the product.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Value, Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this spreader is big enough to hold large bag of seed; walking at moderate STEADY pace it spreads evenly leaving no over or under gaps. hard to clog up-well constructed should last out my remaining years and then pass on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item is pricey but does the job. Keeps material off my sidewalk and out of the canal. Complaints, frame assembly is not solid or tight so unit feels a bit wobbly. Also support stand will drag in tall grass so handle must be held higher. Grass is cut to 3.5 inches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spreader worked perfectly for me for the few years I owned it. Unfortunately someone else wanted one and obviously could not afford one of their own so they took mine. If I ever get another yard I will get another Scott's spreader.

Broken spreader need parts

The Mixing blade broke , would it be possible to purchase a new one ,also need set clip to hold in place . some product was left in spreader and harden . Tried to move wheels and that’s when it broke .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this spreader as a replacement for another spreader. I was very pleased to find it was easy to assemble. It also has a large pail to hold a complete bag of fertilizer.The product allowed me to easily spread the fertilized , however, when I got to curves and edges I was able to turn it off so that I did not cover the sidewalks;thus allowing fewer clean ups and lost of fertilizer.
It was easy to adjust the application level and it has a wide spreading range. I am very pleased with this product.
