This spreader is as easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this spreader a number of years ago when we decided to apply our Scott's fertilizer ourselves. We used to have our yard professionally fertilized for years until that company kept using the wrong type of product and TWICE burned up our grass. Our neighbor recommend Scott's to us and we have been pleased ever since. Thank you for a superior and easy product to use!

the wheels dont spin freely if the grass is damp it skids and does not apply product thought i just got defective one so returned it and got new one it did same thing
Cons: Didn't work as expected, very poor product

It is unusual to experience problems with our Turf Builder EdgeGuard DLX spreader. We suggest you check your wheels to make sure they've been pushed all the way into place; the tabs need to be all the way through the ring for the wheels to turn consistently.

Spreader works well and does my good sized lot quickly. Since I have a pie shaped lot, I use the Scott's drop spreader around the perimeter and finish with the Rotary.

I love this spreader with edge guard, it keeps my sidewalks and drive clean so it makes up a breeze. It is also easy store and use. You just look at fertilizer you are putting and find the number and then adjust the dail so it gives out the right amount of lawn food. This is a great product

Only wish it had closed wheels

Great spreader! Fast application of Scott’s products. Easy to use.
Only suggestion for improvement is to supply solid, closed wheels with this spreader. Product, especially smaller granules applied on a damp lawn,gets trapped in open wheels and has a tendency to fall out in clumps or is wasted during clean-up.
