I have not used it yet, because I have spent the last 30 minutes on the website trying to find the instructions for spreader settings.

Thank you for your feedback about our Scotts Turf Builder DLX Broadcast Spreader.
We provide settings for our spreaders on the bag of all our products. If you are not using a Scotts product in your 2022 Scotts Turf Builder DLX Broadcast Spreader and the product bag does not have a setting for your spreader, you can determine or establish the setting yourself. Simply use the 50 x 20 rule for any granular product.
Empty the number of pounds the manufacturer recommends for a 1000 square feet into the spreader. Adjust the spreader to a very low setting (approximately 1/4 to 1/3 open) and spread the material over a 1000 square foot area (50 x 20, 33 x 30, etc.) If you run out of material before you cover the test area, adjust the setting a notch lower; if you still have material in your hopper when you reach the end of the test area, adjust the setting a notch higher. This will give you the best setting for that particular product. Remember, it is safer to underapply with the test and increase setting later as needed.

Almost killed my lawn

I have this spreader and used it this spring to spread Scott's Weed and Feed on my lawn. It left trails of brown all through my grass where it had obviously dumped the product straight down on the lawn. I was very disappointed with the results and still have tons of weeds and a lot less grass.

JUNK !!!

This spreader is junk it drops the product out and leaves streaks in the lawn !! Had to get a different spreader.

Terrible design

Bought this spreader for a smaller lawn because it was light weight and easier to use. With the plastic tires almost sitting at the height of the spinner when the product comes out it gets caught up in the tire cavity then rolling onto the turf acting as a drop spreader.
