Product Ruined my grass. Wish i could get a refund

I applied this 2 weeks ago in IN and clover popped up everywhere I applied it! Now I have to deal with that!

Horrible

This product doesn't ever kill weeds and it has burned my grass every time I used it. I applied it as directed on the instructions. The 2nd time I even set the dial on my spreader down to 3 instead of the recommended setting.

Spectacular

Applied this last fall. My relatively new Bahia grass sod is coming out of dormancy and turning a pleasing shade of green. The weeds have been reduced significantly. I applied this product on only a quarter of my lawn in order to ascertain effectiveness prior to diving into the deep end.
The difference between the treated and un-treated lawn is quite noticeable. I am impressed! Used Scott's product before so am relieved it still produces the impressive results it did in 2002.
Highly recommend if you can follow directions at all.

Dark Green & Thick

Applied this product to lawn on 12/20/23. It gradually greened the grass over 4-5 weeks and it looked good all winter long. Now, this spring (4/14/24), the grass is awesomely thick and a beautiful dark green color. I applied the exact amount needed per the instructions. Today’s treatment will be the Turf Builder Triple Action product (lawn food, weed killer, weed preventer) for the spring feeding and to kill some minor weeds and prevent the crabgrass. I’ll review that product in 8-10 weeks.

Burned my grass horrible product

Extremely disappointed with this product. I went from having the best grass on the block to one of the ugliest. I’ve been using Scott’s products for a couple years, and this has to be the worst one. Not only did it burn , but now I have to wait to see if it’s going to recover.

Very disappointed in Scotts.

I am very disappointed that Scotts reduced the coverage of what used to be the 15,000 sqft coverage bag to 12,000 sqft and increased the price at the same time. Not only that but the application setting for broadcast spreaders is stated to be 2 3/4. I have a brand new Scotts Elite spreader and when I applied the Fall fertilizer to my larger than 15,000 sqft lawn at the 2 3/4 setting, I was left with more than half the bag remaining. That means that either the stated setting is wrong or my very expensive Elite spreader is no good.

Burning the lawn

I have used this product and the summer product for many years and has worked great. BUT this year, I was teaching my son in law how to use a new spreader and we FORGOT to water the lawn afterwards.
Now I have many burnt patches around the lawn. I am not really blaming the product. Yet I read the instructions and it says that we do not have to water afterwards.
So what gives??
Also is there another product that I can use to help the burn mark recover faster.
