Beware of smaller bags

Very disingenuous of Scotts to reduce the size of the fertilizer bag by 20% without making in obvious to the consumer. Many people will unknowingly be purchasing insufficient quantity to properly fertilize their lawn based on years of past purchases. Makes me question Scotts motives and where else they are cutting corners.

Buyer beware!

I used Scott product for a long time only to discover that each spring it seemed as though the weeds were increasingly more prevalent. I switched to Pennington and my yard looks amazing.

Good product; poor value

I like this product, but will be looking for a replacement. The packaging wasn't the only thing that changed, the price increased hugely. It makes no sense to me that consumers asked for smaller package sizes at higher prices. My local hardware store wasn't too pleased having to explain why the price was up by so much.

Great products!!!

I have been using Scott’s yearly regime for about three years now. I absolutely love the products. It’s taken me several years to get this yard to where it is today after we moved in 5 years ago. I contribute most of it to Scott’s!

I apply thus every year in the fall. Easy to spread, no clumping and it works well. Make sure you thoroughly water afterwords

My usual go -to is Milorganite as I prefer a more organic fertilizer.
But trying Winterguard this fall. So far it seems to be working OK
