I got this from Scott's to try. I love this so much that I have repotted many of my plants with product. Ran out of the trial bag and even bought a few bags on my own. It's that good! Holds in moisture even through this very hot summer. My plants even look fuller and healthier using this mix. Will never go back to any other brand or type.

This is the first year I’ve used the moisture control product and so far I’ve lost four dahlias and two azaleas to root rot. I’d never buy the product again!
Cons: Didn't work as expected
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gnats everywhere!

New to plants and this was the first soil I bought. My plants are doing okay but like many have mentioned, I had a gnat infestation. Still trying to get rid of them. I wondered where they came from because I bought one plant online and didn’t repot it for months and never saw a gnat. The plant has never been outside and it’s my only one. Not a great first experience with this product.

I have used this product for several years. Have always been pleased with it until this year. Not feeding and keeping the plants green and pretty like previous years and the tomato plants got the over watered look, not like when I used it in prior years. Kind of wonder if they mixed the bags up at the factory.

This is really not a review of the product but more of the spokesperson. I am a propogater by trade and I take offense at Martha Stewart calling soil dirt. She obviously has no clue as to the saying dirt is what you find under your fingernails. Your products are great but please educate your spokesperson.
