[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was shocked at how fast my grass greened up. Thick lush results!! Easy application no staining of concrete or burning of lawn. Will definitely be adding this as a permanent part of my lawn maintenance plan.

Worked But Not In 3 Days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Placed it on my lawn following the directions then thoroughly watered the lawn. Over the next week I watered the lawn one more time. It was definitely a richer green in about 7 days. Only downside was the product's odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried so many grass fertilizers over the years until I finally found one several years ago, Scotts Max Lawn Food. It really does green up your grass in a few days with it's high potency Nitrogen. The best part is the grass stays green for two to three months.

Food For Hungry Lawns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotts Green Max Lawn Food is a unique, dual-action formula that feeds lawn and supplements with iron. I didn't find it difficult to spread. In fact, it was applied easily with our basic Scott's push spreader.
I like that it can be applied to any type of grass, and the fact that it is okay to re-enter lawn immediately after product is applied
Spring is my annual preferred time to fertilize since it's best applied when temperatures are between 60°F and 90°F.
I know that regular feedings help my lawn look it’s best and provide the nutrients it needs to withstand the stresses of weeds, weather and activity. After I mow, I leave the grass clippings on the lawn, because it allows grass to use water more effectively. It's important to water also. Doing it between 6 and 10AM means less water is lost to evaporation and more reaches the roots.
Scotts Green Max Lawn Food helps lawns become greener and thicker due to the fact that it contains 5.17% iron, an essential micro-nutrient, one hundred percent lawn food with no fillers. I have seen nice results in our back yard. It is much greener and the brown areas seem to be filling in due to using Scotts Green Max Lawn Food
