I bought this product hoping to enhance my already green turf. After 3 days what I found was several yellow and brown spots all over my lawn. My once flawless lawn is now terrible. I followed the recommendations on the bag and now I'm embarrassed to have my lawn looking like this. Very disappointed in this product.

Burns grass

I bought a bag of this fertilizer knowing it may burn your lawn as per other reviews. I was careful and only added half the spread rate. I did this in the spring and it burned my grass. It took over three weeks for my lawn to recover. I didn't want to waste the half bag left so I used one-quarter of the bag, over 7000 sq*ft and I still got some burned patches. I used a Scotts hand spreader and was very careful when applying so as not to overlap too much. I am done with Scotts. I will be going to my local farm supply store to get fertilizer from now on - 1/4 of the price and better quality.

Worked for my yellowish patches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for filling in dead and dying patches of grass. I had noticed some yellowing patches in my lawn and figured I'd give this a shot. Combined with the elite spreader, it made short work of getting my lawn back to where it should be. Nice and green and healthy looking.

Excellent Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great! It really greened up a shady part of the lawn just in time before the leaves came in and now it will have a good start on the summer season. I would recommend it for anywhere you need quick greening.

Emerald Green results

We applied this product and our lawn is dark green and lush, the results are great and we will continue to use this product. Look at the results they speak for themselves!

Burned my lawn

I used this to green up my lawn when we had a week of cooler weather. Instead, now I have multiply burned patches.
