Would definitely recommend!!!

I put this on my lawn and after only one application and a week later. (Yes I know it’s green in three days but I’ll give or take on weather and climate, so a week was good for me). I could swear by this stuff my grass has never looked so good! I’ve had neighbors come and ask me what fertilizer I use and all I told them was Scott’s green in 3days. This stuff really works, or at least it does for me.

I am happy with this product. Green max greens for sure and no burn. I fertilized about a week ago and the results are obvious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming out of winter dormancy, it was amazing how quickly this product helped my lawn green up. I'm hoping it'll continue to feed for the next couple of months. This product let me put down my first fertilizer and an iron treatment all in one. As always, Scotts products are incredibly easy to spread and getting an even dispersion was a piece of cake. The picture is the difference between my lawn and my neighbors lawn. Mine greened up much quicker!

Burnt grass

Disappointing

I have always used and loved Scotts products but this one was disappointing. I made sure the Ph balance was within the range specified on this site, I aerated the lawn, I cut it so the grass wasn’t too long and since we’ve had a ton of rain the soil was wet but not too soaked. I also watered the lawn so it got adequate water. However the lawn didn’t get any greener in the week after applying Max Green. I’ll continue to use Scotts product but not this one. I submitted my receipt and bar codes for a refund.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS !

It does exactly what it says it will do if YOU USE IT AS INSTRUCTED. Those who think their way is better are going to have issues because this is a strong fertilizer which will burn if used incorrectly. They come on here and give bad reviews after misusing the product...NOT the product's fault. They need to go back to a commercial lawn service which squirts a 2-0-0 liquid on their lawn. Follow the instructions and you will be very pleased.

Tried 8 products over 4 years, THIS is the ONE!

I live in a very sunny and dry climate with minimal rain during the summer months and my soil lacks iron so have been struggling to find something that keeps the lawn fed, happy and green without application burn spots. I tried this one on a whim, my lawn has never looked better (over the last few years have done 8 other commercial and local products,and paid a local company too, all without great results) and I will let the no filter photos speak for themselves. You can see my beautiful/lush green yard in the foreground and in the background you can see my neighbors yard that isn't green, its struggling and is full of brown/dry spots. I'm impressed Scotts! If you have any other tips or recommendations for me please let me know, still fairly new to lawn care and would be happy to try out other products! Thank you!!

Beautiful dark green-blue lawn ever!

1week ago I followed the setting listed on the bag. It rained that evening and I saw a slight change in 3 days but was not impressed. By the 5th day... WOW!!! The most beautiful deep green-blue lawn I’ve ever had. Scott’s green max is worth its weight in gold. I highly recommend this product.
