[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in north Texas. Great and low rainfall are always a problem. This product helped green up my grass early in the season so it could look its best Throughout the growing season. I wish we had more rainfall here so I could really see it work at its peak performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grass has never been more green. I used the Scott's Deluxe spreader which made it super easy to apply. Definitely a product I will continue to use every year. It's nice to have a lawn that can compete with the neighbors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as I expected, did some greening. Have had much better success with the other Scott products that are aimed at feeding a lawn. Seems to be overrated versus Scott's other products that are designed for greening. Not bad.

For best results, the soil pH must be between 5.5 and 7.5 for the fertilizer to be absorbed by the grass and should receive at least an inch of water per week. Be sure to apply to lawn when it is out of dormancy as a dormant lawn will not absorb or use the fertilizer.

I love this stuff! It keeps my grass looking very healthy and GREEN! I have used Scotts products for several years and recently added Green Max to my lawn routine. I have received many compliments on how green and healthy my lawn looks. Folks do need to be aware of the level of nitrogen in the product which makes the lawn green, but you might have to mow more often as well.
