occasionally I decide to put in a few new house plants to change the the appearance of my front room,off to the nursery and home with a couple of new plants I always put in new potting mix for the plants to make sure they get the best start as they grow,I have always used Miracle Grow indoor potting mix for my plants,they just seem to look better as they grow.This product works well for me instructions are pretty basic you can't mess this up pretty easy,along with proper watering I will have beautiful looking plants with deep colors all do to Miracle Grow potting mix,I also use the Miracle Grow outdoor potting mix and always have great results with my outdoor plants,along with a little Miracle Grow plant food I get very good results,these products may cost a little more but you get what you pay for.

Infested with gnats

I had no issues with the first few bags I used, but the most recent bag seems to have been infested with fungus gnats (repotted plants started having gnats around them while established plants had no issues, gnats flying out of the soil when I reopened the sealed bag). While the growth of the infestation in my plants is attributable to my own overwatering habits, the existence of these gnats in the first place is disappointing to say the least, and extremely costly to myself as I've tried to exterminate the pests. As great as the cost is for this stuff, it is not worth the risk of infestations. Once I've got this under control, I will not buy this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Killing my plants and has a horrid stench

Just added this soil to my plants and now they are all shriveling up and dying and now my house smells like paint thinner. Will never buy this product again.
Cons: Didn't work as expected, Bad Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My go to soil!

I’ve been using Miracle Grow indoor plant potting soil since I got my first plant. Now I have over 100 plants and they’re all thriving because of this soil.
Pros: Good Directions, Easy to Use, Quality, Value, Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we just received some cuttings from a friend's Spider plant and decided to use this indoor potting mix. So far so good, as the plant seems to be doing really well Soil seems to be working quite well. We also used this on an indoor herb garden and again the herbs are popping up and we don't have to add water all the time like with other soils.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Quality, Value

Excellent Potting Mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plants in my office were starting to look weak. I repotted them with this mix and now they have regained their life. I also used them on my Gardenia plant at home. This plant was starting to weaken after several years of giving beautiful, clean-looking flowers. After using the Miracle Grow Mix, I can see that it is starting to regain life and starting to re-flower.

Big rock included

When we bought this soil we thought we were getting a nice big heavy bag of potting soil, but mostly what we got was a big rock.
Cons: Didn't work as expected
Pros: Easy to Use
