I’ve had the frig for six months and no complaints. Had a part go bad a month ago, but was no problem getting it fixed. Scheduled it on LG.com and a Tech (Tim Clevenger) came and had to order part. Constant contact of progress..Tim was very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure. Very pleased
We replaced every appliance in our kitchen with LG brand and I'm so happy that we did! I love the craft ice. We live in Arizona and our drinks won't get watery as fast with the craft ice cubes. The two drawer freezer makes it so much easier to find things in the freezer!
Have had this fridge for about 6 months. Overall a nice fridge, but having some ice issues. About 2 weeks ago, had to have the craft ice maker replaced. Now, have a code from the main ice maker. Looks like that will need to be replaced as well. Not sure if this bodes well long term. Glad I bought a 5 year warranty!

I like the sliding shelf, we had that in our old fridge and it is really handy. I really enjoy the water and ice outside the fridge, however I do wish the cubed ice didn't stick together so quickly (maybe we don't use it enough). We really enjoy our craft ice, however we have never had perfectly round full balls and at one point they started coming out smaller. I cleared out the tray and they started over pretty normal sized again. The bummer is that the craft ice tray will get full of little shards of ice when it dispenses the ball from its form. You have to manually clear all that out if you don't want build up. The deli drawer is great, but I accidentally dropped something on it and the lid cracked. It took ages to try to get through to someone to get a replacement part, and we still don't have the part yet, nor do we know if it is coming with instructions on how to replace it. They wouldn't send me a tech to get the work done. So unfortunately that piece of plastic is a little cheap.

Love the fridge it has nice features and modern look. Craft I’ve maker was an important feature for me. Disappointing that it stopped working in about a year and a half. LG did extend the manufactures warranty. Which is an indication there is a problem with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the 10 months I’ve had service and had to have my secondary ice maker replaced twice. It’s hooked up to wifi and LG can let me know when I’m having a problem. LG knows they have a problem with this ice maker and have done everything to fix it. It’s working great. The service people that have come out have been great. My service technician is very polite and very knowledgeable.
My whole kitchen is LG, also when we moved into our new home last year we put 8 TV’s in they are all LG. So I would say I’m a LG customer.
