Great huge pool! I have left our pool up for 6 years now all year round and my family have really enjoyed it!
Will have to buy a replacement liner this year because recent hail storm punched holes in liner

We haven't gotten a chance to put it up yet but it is huge. It doesn't look like it will be to hard to set up either which is good. I've read up on this brand and it seems to be a good brand. So we will see.

Labor of love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best above ground pool I have ever owned or had ever been in! It’s massive! So to begin with it comes in 2 tall and heavy boxes (like 150lbs each) so you definitely need a dolly and preferably 1 or 2 other people helping assemble this, it takes a village am I right? Now for us the biggest and most important step was to prepare the yard (foundation). We did this by finding the most level spot and then marked out the desired area, we decided that 24 foot by 40 foot area was what we wanted for our 16 foot by 32 foot pool. This would allow for more then enough room for the pool to be centered, and for room for the pool post and the water-filtration system to all fit in and be perfectly leveled and also so that it was more aesthetically appealing. We then cut sod out of the lawn, leveling the ground and then laid a thick weed barrier down. We then laid down about 3 inches of masonry sand and leveled it to provide a optimal foundation for the pool. You see we live in the south and our yard is made out of red clay that gets extremely hard or soft depending on the weather . So for us this will help sustain the life of the pool. Then once all that was done (which took several days) we then began to assemble the pool, which had taken me and my husband about 4 hours. The pool had taken about 40 hours to fill with our water hose, and while it is filling we needed to pull the legs out so that they post were snug and to ensure they were level, this helped get out the wrinkles out at the bottom of the pool. The entire process from start to had taken about 5 days along with alot of blood sweat and tears but it was a true labor of love! But remember we went above and beyond the instructions when setting up the pool, in all honestly you could have it set up and had it filled in about 2-3 days. I’m a visual person and found the videos very helpful! The pool itself is made of high quality durable materials and I love how it comes with everything that is needed minus the water. It even comes with a pool cover!! Our family absolutely loves it and we love creating new memories together! We are looking forward to many more relaxing days floating and swimming during those hot summer days, but now we can also entertain our friends and family too!

My kiddos are enjoying this pool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited that I finally got a pool for my kids who have been asking me forever . I got this shipped in two separate boxes. Very heavy Needed At least 4 people to get it to my backyard. Installation took more than two hours with 4 people. The instruction book was easy. The setup says it takes 30min but I am not positive who does it. I felt that cleaning up and setting my yard was a bit difficult than settting up the pool . It took more than 20 hrs to fill this huge pool with our hose. Wish I took a bigger hose . In takes around 13500 gallons of water. That’s a lot! The pool is very sturdy . My kids and my family are enjoying all the summer . We had to buy few things like net to clean up , solar heater to heat up the pool , ground cover while setup , I have to buy pool vaccum it’s a bit hard for me to clean up. I love that it has got ladder to climb in and out . I felt the filter pump is a bit small for this huge pool.. Overall I felt my kiddos are enjoying in the pool so the little bit of work is worth for their happiness .they even have YouTube videos on how to setup. I would totally recommend it if your house has a big back yard and can give a bit of time for cleaning up .

Pump went out 2 days after running it

It took us 2weeks to finally get this pool up and filled (well water so we had to fill slowly) only to finally get it done and ready and the pump quit working after two days. I am so disappointed now I’m not even sure if we’ll even get to enjoy it this summer. After I forked so much money into the pull itself and everything along with it for the ground and all of the chemicals. It is huge and it’s a nice pool but we won’t even get to enjoy it.

I bought a pool and was sent this pool instead of what I ordered but it didn't come with the frame. I ordered thru a third party and they won't help me. So I want to buy a frame but no one will contact me.

This so called rust free Pool parts that this company sells are not accurate, this Pool rust like crazy, specially the pool ladder, which is not supposed to but it does and a lot

Love the pool but the connectors are junk

So this is the end of the second season with this pool. We absolutely love it. We have a huge family so the size was a need and a must! So much more room to enjoy even with kids on the other side splashing around. Now with that being said, there are plastic connectors inside the steel top frame to hold this sucker together. They just give way. So at least half our connectors are done and there aren’t any on the website to replace. I’ve asked for call backs and nothing. So being in Ohio we are happy it didn’t give way this season. But we will be taking it down and probably having to buy another for next year and with the reliability of actually speaking to someone it will more than likely be a different brand. Please do not leave a generic contact us reply because obviously people trying to contact you doesn’t work.
