[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new refrigerator. It has a lot of room in both the freezer, which is on top and the refrigerator. The doors have roomy storage units, clear bins to hold vegetables and meat. Thank you for a well-made refrigerator.

Works great, makes strange sounds

New fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my grandmothers fridge it was 16 years old and the food in the freezer was getting freezer burn, time for a new one. We got this 18.3 cu and it feels huge lots of space. My wife and I keep saying boy the freezer works well. We need to take meat out of the 2 days earlier to defrost. Loving it

Third time's a charm or is it three strikes and you're out?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] !st delivery : Ice maker was missing a part .
2nd: Replacement ice maker installed. Two days later I noticed ice maker leeking on floor. Also,freezer was frosting up.
3rd: New refrigerator and ice maker delivered. Unit had multiple dents and would not level on floor due to damage from obviously being dropped.
4th: Another new unit delivered but without an ice maker.
5th:New ice maker installed. Finally some success! I went to the store (Lowes) and asked for some reduction in price for all the hassles and was refused. So much for customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it roomier and the door shelves are deep. However 3 days after having it the light would not always go on and you had to press the button to light. Repair came and it was a loose connection. Was fixed . 3 days later the same thing happened. Repair came and it was working. They said I would have to wait until the light went off again and not to press the button so they could see what the issue. Very frustrating to have issue from the beginning.
