Very noisy fan leads to return

Immediately after installation our new refrigerator, the evaporator fan behind freezer began to make a constant loud irritating noise. The installer tech mentioned fan noise might be a problem, apparently common on this model. We consulted the manual and online trouble-shooting instructions. We verified the unit was level. All efforts to no avail, the noise persisted. We contacted the vendor within the return timeframe and arranged a replacement order.
