Not great at fixing refrigerators under warranty

My refrigerator was not working. They came to inspect. Told me they do not have the part. It has been 2 weeks. I just called July 9 and I was told it is going to take another 7-10 business days for them to check if the part is available. Now I will be a month without a fridge. If they do not find the part that is another 7-10 business days to get another fridge. Great job Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge! No matter what I put in there, I can always find it! The door shelving is spacious and fits big juice containers. The drawers are clear and I can see exactly what is in there. That means I won't be tossing away forgotten food. I am extremely surprised at the thought put into making this Frigidaire a winner!

LOUD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I deeply regret buying this fridge. It is so loud! And the freezer door doesn't close unless you push it all the way shut. I've been around fridges for 46 years and I've never experienced this loudness or doors not shutting. The noise is negatively affecting my mental health.
