This fridge lasted about 2 years before compressor died. I heard a buzzing and then a click from the rear and initially thought (and hoped) it was the capacitor, which tested good. Then measured the Amp draw and it was 9.4A (LRA for this compressor is 11.3) until the overload clicked it off. I can hear the compressor struggling to run. This is the most expensive way for it to fail. Also, the compressor compartment is not designed in a way that lends for easy servicing. The capacitor is hard to reach, and copper tubing runs alongside the rear cover making it vulnerable to rubbing against it.

Water +ice buildup

The worst

Good luck if your control temperature mechanism lasts more than 90 days because it will take you more than 34 days to get help from one of the good for nothing tech support at Frigidaire contact center. I'm on day without a working fridge and they have not been able to assist me with this major Issue. oh and here is the "part number" they will tell you they are looking for part # 5304522320 be aware of Frigidaire

My new fridge

Fridge stopped cooling

We’ve only had this fridge for 3 years and it isn’t cooling anymore. We defrosted it and cleaned good underneath the fridge and the coils and still no luck. I’m very disappointed because the warranty is up. We can’t afford a new fridge due to inflation.

Disappointed

Out with the OLD ..in with the NEW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Frigidaire 18.3 ft.³ refrigerator to replace a refrigerator that has been in existence since the turn of the century to be specific the 1990s. I asked myself this one question what took me so long even though I never had any problems with it it was time to upgrade. This refrigerator is very quiet multi functional not to mention a star energy refrigeration which equates to $avings. I am impressed by the depth inside of the refrigerator allowing for me to adjust shelving accordingly to meet my shopping needs. Temper controls have remained at the manufacturer suggestion which keeps my food at the exact temperature that I like. I was very impressed with the refrigerator doors shelves I can place my water bottles sauces orange juice containers and milk containers on my door which makes it convenient without taking up space inside the fridge. Although I wish they would have included a compartment for X needless to say I do have three drawers and a space for margarine butters and sauces. I look forward to years of memories as we decorate our refrigerator with new adventures.
