Died after 2 weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge died after 2 weeks. I was told how to troubleshoot it which did not work and that I had to provide a credit card for warranty to be automatically charged if not a warrantable item. Really unhappy. My frozen stuff completely defrosted.
