Just What We Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been wanting a garage refrigerator/freezer for a long time and finally bought this one that was promoted as "garage ready" and Frigidaire is a brand that has been around forever. We live in FL where the temps can get quite hot in the summer and needed a fridge that could handle the hot weather. We've only had it a couple of months, but so far it's perfect. I also like that it dosen't have handles that stick out that can get in the way of tighter spaces.

Noisy! And it has the slowest ice maker ever.

We live in a rental and this is the refrigerator that was in the unit. It was brand new. I'm really glad I don't actually own this thing.
When it's running it makes so many weird knocking and rattling noises. It's just obnoxious to have to listen to all day long.
The ice maker is so slowwwww! It barely keeps up with daily ice consumption for one person. I can't imagine if a family was using this.
It does not produce full size ice cubes. And they aren't even cube shaped.

So much storage!

Although the outsize measurements are the same, the use of the space is wonderful. Shelf and drawer design and placement give me twice the storage. Love the ice maker!

Pretty good but not perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good size. I like the finish on the white model. Nice design inside. But I don't think I like the hand holds that work as handles on this frig. They kind of make your hand run into the other door when you are opening it. It is nice to not have handles that come loose or run into walking by. But maybe put the notches on the outside edge of the frig. Would complicate changing the door opening, but would be worth it to me. I also like the fact that the doors have kind of a stop to them before they shut all the way. You KNOW when the door is all the way shut. Anyone with kids knows how this can be a problem. So overall, it's a pretty nice frig.

Just right for apartment living

It didn't take any time at all for the refrigerator and freezer to give me the cold temp I needed to preserve my recently purchased groceries.
