Quit Working After 9 Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit worked great for 9 months. Frigidaire customer service for the 1 year warranty it comes with is a joke. On the phone for 40 min to get a service scheduled, 3 phone calls later, I finally got a lady that I could understand. She was very nice and apologetic. The fridge is currently scheduled to be worked on Oct 19th. Almost a month after it went out.

Failed After 17 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So dissapointed with this model. We are elderly on a fixed budget. After 17 months it began making a humming and clicking noise. Repairman replaced starter. Still didn't cool. Replaced run capicitor but making same noise and stopped cooling. Repair shop said compressor quit and not worth fixing. I am not accepting this story. This was a great fridge to meet our needs. Being out of warranty had to call 9 repair shops before anybody would come. We have now been a month with it and cannot afford another one. There are no authorized repairmen in our area so I assume nobody knows what they are doing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new fridge it is so nice and I figured it would be more basic looking but it’s very up to date looking lots of space and I love the half enclosed door shelves:) that would have to be my favorite part!! I would recommend this fridge to anyone I am very satisfied!
