Sheet of ice forms on freezer bottom. Why?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish fridge came with an extra interior glass shelf. Where can I order one? Also, despite lowering the freezer temp, a sheet of ice forms daily, at times across the entire freezer floor. Don’t know why or how to address this. If you guys really read these reviews, I’d love to hear back. Thanks.

Good when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator only worked consistently for 5 days. Since then it has worked intermittently, turning off randomly and only able to turn it back on by shaking it. Unclear what the issue is and support has been minimally helpful. Hope Frigidaire will send someone out to repair it. Not having a reliably working fridge is no fun!

Light switch works intermitently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light switch on the light unit inside of the refrigerator door is not functioning correctly, and hasn't since I've had the refrigerator. Sometimes is will not turn on when I open the door. Other than that, I am happy with the refrigerator.
