freezer door seal noise?

And, if you reversed the door, please ensure the door is installed properly by revisiting pages 12 and 13 of your model owner’s manual. Refrigerator works fine problems with freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was going to be really happy with this freezer . I've had it almost a month and have had nothing but problems with the freezer. 2nd time I've had to have repair man come . Hopefully it gets fixed this time.
