Better than before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked my Kenmore. But, I always seemed to have trouble finding what I put in it. The Fridgedare Is much easier to see through the glass. It also is about 1.5 cubic feet larger. But, doesn't take up more space. And, it's quiet! I forget it's running sometimes. I really like the storage in the door. The shelves are somewhat wider and I didn't think I'd like that they go all the way across the door, but I do! Seems that I can store more in them and take up less room on the shelves inside. Overall, it's a great improvement over my last fridge, which I really liked. I guess I just like this one better. Thank you!

Not very impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge was part of new home delivered from Greg Tilleys in Bossier, has damage to unit that haven't been able to get repaired.....entire side of fridge paint rubbed down to bear metal and doors are really hard to close....

ice maker does not work after 2 months

Got this fridge in April, 2022 and at first the ice maker worked. It no longer works.

Hi, there! We apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your ice maker. Below are a few things to check just to make sure that nothing has been missed.
• Check to make sure that the On/Off feature for the ice maker is enabled
• Check to make sure that the water supply line is not kinked
• Check the filter to make sure that it is not clogged
• Check the water inlet valve to make sure that there are no issues there
• Check the thermostat, if the temperature is not at the factory setting, this could cause the ice maker to not produce ice. It’s best to maintain your ice maker between 0-5°F.
If you have checked everything off of this list, and the ice maker is still not working properly, please connect with us via live chat Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 8 pm EST or by phone at 1-800-374-4432, and we’ll be happy to help. ~ Christy

Great Fridge, great deal
