I'd Give It Zero Stars If I Could

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is terrible. It worked once, then never again. I completely understand that the grinder needs to be locked in on top, and all the parts need to be in place to operate correctly. I spend a ton of time in the kitchen; many of my kitchen appliances work that way (the food processor comes to mind, for example). It worked the first time I used it, although it grinded the beans a bit finer than I was hoping for. I figured I'd have to play with it/adjust the dial a few times to set it at the perfect grind for us.
The second time I used it, I made sure everything was in place and locked, then poured the beans into the top. Pressed the "on" button. Nothing. I didn't know what to do, as once the beans are in, there's no going back. I unlocked the top at that point, figuring for some reason that I could just pour the beans back into the bag. Wrong! The beans went all over the counter, onto the floor...my counter was relatively clean, but there were a few sandwich crumbs, so I just ended up throwing most of the beans out. So not only did it not work, but I lost expensive coffee in the process.
The next day I wanted to throw it out the window. But I thought, let's give it one more go. I added about a quarter of the beans this time, as I wasn't sure it would even turn on if nothing was in there. Again, everything locked in place. Hit the "on" button. Nothing. At this point, I learned my lesson on the beans, and didn't try to unlock the piece. Just took the top off, poured the beans back in the bag, unplugged the grinder, chucked it back in the box it came in, and got out my little grinder. It might take more time, but at least it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grinder and thought I’d switch things up a little. My husband loves strong coffee and I’m a meh not so strong coffee drinker but I do love my flavored coffee. And my favorite coffee only comes in bean form so this was a win win for both of us. Love that you can grind a lot or even just a little for a 1 cup kinda day. The different grinding features really make this machine.

It's difficult to hold and grind, maybe it's just me. When I do accomplish getting coffee ground it does a fantastic job and has so many settings to accommodate any coffee lovers liking. Nice convenient size.

Great grinder for home use

There does seem to be a little "powder" mixed in with the grind, but for the most part, is a consistent grind to your selection. Noise level is about as expected. Love how many beans it can hold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little grinder! I will note that it is on the loud side. Dont grind your beans in the morning if people are sleeping. I love the dishwasher-safe grind chamber. It has a sleek look that looks nice on the counter next to my coffee pot.

Easy to use and clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like a good cup of coffee you need to get a nice burr grinder like this one. I drank ground coffee for years before making the switch, but our grinder wasn't the best. This has changed all that. Now I can shamble out to the kitchen in the morning, and even bleary eyed and half asleep I can hit the button to get the grind started. By the time I have the coffee maker filled with water, I can dump the coffee in and get that started. This is easy clean, grinds well, and most importantly, has a ton of presets. Once you get your favorite setting figured out, you can just leave it and forget it. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good grinder that's easy to use and easy to clean.

My wife loves that is can fill it up with beans and grind what she needs for her coffee or espresso and the turn off a nob and press of a button. Easy to use, clean and operate has made this a countertop staple appliance in our house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mr coffee 18 cup automatic grinder is make very good. The Grindr is easy to use and easy to refill. You just put your favorite coffee beans in it and set the knob to one of the 18 settings for the amount of coffee you want
