Disappointed , didn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited I ran out and bought coffee beans and was ready to go. First time trying did not work at all. Followed instructions exactly. I put in Locked position and pushed to start, nothing. I tried a different outlets and less coffee beans. Again I pushed button to start nothing☹️. So disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting Mr. Coffee®! We are sorry to hear that your Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder is not working. A coffee grinder generally stops working because it's clogged with coffee grounds, not because it's broken. But even if those particles don't ruin a machine initially, you'll eventually start hearing a harsh whirling sound coming from the grinder and this can mean a broken part or even a dead motor. If it's new purchased, we suggest you to reset the grinder by unplugging and plugging it back in. We hope it works!

I got this grinder as a Christmas gift to myself. I was so excited because I drink a lot of coffee. It worked the first few times and then suddenly stopped working. I've had the coffee grinder less than a month and nothing anymore. I have cleaned in completely, checked for jams, checked outlets, everything and I can't get it to work again. I'm very upset and disappointed with the machine. I am unable to return it and I am simply frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One of the possible reason for this is the the coffee grinder may not be getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in. To remedy this issue, try unplugging the grinder and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee grinder's performance.
Take note that our products have a year limited warranty and we would love to get this taken care of as soon as possible. If this doesn't resolve the issue, we'd like to kindly request to contact us directly.

Love the aroma!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ever used a coffee grinder and I am super happy with this. It is very easy to grind the whole beans and to customize the grounds from coarse to fine. It has 18 grind settings so you can experiment and find your perfect setting. If you have never ground your own beans, you will be in love with the aroma. The aroma makes you feel like you are at a coffee shop. This is very easy to clean and doesn't take up much counter space. You will notice your coffee tasting so much fresher.

Fast, frshly ground coffee is the way to go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder and could not be happier. It grinds the suze and cup amount you want so it takes out the guess work. Simply add the beans on top, put the cover on, turn the dial on the right for drip, espresso, french press size, etc.. The front dial goes to 18, but my coffee maker only goes to 12 so I wanted a 11 cups, I turn it to 11, then pushed the button and it quickly ground 11 cups to a fine gtound the way I like it. It comes with a little brush to clean the coffee grinds from the machine. It is easy and it allows you to make great coffee. And if you have multiple machines like I do you can make the right size ground for each. I highly recommend getting the Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never owned a coffee grinder before but always wanted one. Went straight to the supermarket and got coffee beans. Set up the grinder, put in the beans and watched them grind down to coffee. Amazing and quick! I use a k-cup filter. Filled it up and made the best cup of coffee . Really good. Love that freshly ground coffee.

I am loving having fresh coffee every day instead of the already ground coffee I get at the store. The machine grinds the beans pretty fast! You can grind just enough for a pot of coffee or grind enough for a week of coffee. Its very good quality and beautiful!

Comes with a cleaning brush which was very helpful with clean up. Holds half of a pound of coffee beans and has a cord storage which is a plus.

Great coffee grinder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mr. Coffee 18 Cup Automatic Burr Grinder is a top notch coffee grinder. My husband and I are very familiar with grinding coffee beans at home and this is our third coffee grinder. However this one is far better than our previous ones! First of all it can grind up to 18 cups of coffee, we only have a 14 cup coffee maker but my goodness that option is one we have never seen before. There are three settings on how course or fine you want your grounds, we just use the mid setting for regular drip coffee and it came out great. The grinder is a bit louder than what we are used to but nothing that is exaggerating. Overall I am so happy with it and would highly recommend it to anyone!
