Cord too short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this toaster oven because of many positive reviews. I tried it in two different places the cord would not reach in either location. I do not want an extension cord stretched across my countertop in order to plug this unit in. I will be returning it to place of purchase asap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Unhappy- This unit burns the toast that is in the back when you try to cook 4 slices. The wire rack tips downward when you pull it out and the drip tray slides off. Very dangerous if you are broiling hamburgers. I hope I can unload it at a yard sale and get back something, although I wouldn't feel right charging more than ten bucks.

no paperwork with ours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a question for Oster: We bought this product yesterday at a yard sale, new, in box never used. However the paperwork was missing. Is there anyway we can register it without the paperwork? Can't wait to give it a spin.

Good, but it needs a second broiling rack

This has been a great toaster oven in the 3 months I've had it, though it would be nice if there were an extra broiling rack so I can cook more than one thing at a time.

Poorly Designed

But very poorly designed Knobs do not work well as they are slick and hard to turn, they need indentations so people can grasp and turn the knob. Unit is hard to clean. and must be cleaned after each use. Wire rack is flimsy and falls out, very poor quality, too light weight. Turbo fan is a joke it don't blow air enough to even work!
I am sorry that I bought this unit and do not recommend it to any one!
