My old toaster oven crapped out after 10 years. This one fit the bill perfectly in size and settings. Better price than I paid 10 years ago too!

Toaster function is horrible

This is by far the worst Toaster Oven purchase I have ever made. Toast setting is difficult to get right leading to a large number of burnt toasts. The oven function is great. If that is all this product was for I would give the Oven a 5 star review but its meant to be a Toaster as well and on this it is horrible. I have owned it since May and a day has not gone by that I regret the purchase. Even at a Middle setting, the toasters come out burnt. It's even worse on subsequent toasts while the oven is still hot. Everyone that has visited and tried to use it has burn toasts. The product sat unused the first month due to delays in closing on my home so I missed the 30 day return window. I am going to replace it next month with another brand. Stay clear of this one if you need to Toast breads!!!

This toaster has a bipolar disorder!

My MIL bought this toaster oven to replace a different brand that I had and loved. While I really appreciate the effort she put in to getting me a new toaster, I HATE this toaster! First of all, it only fits 4 small slices of bread, not 6, secondly, the toast function is very erratic, it either burns your toast beyond all recognition or barely warms it at all. It doesn't seem to matter if you set it to the same setting every time, either. Thirdly, the cord is so short you basically have to put it right in front of the outlet if you want it to reach. The only redeemable feature is the removable crumb tray. If I had been the one to look for and research a new toaster oven (which I do with all appliance purchases) I never would have bought this toaster!

Bulky, Toasting takes awhile, No on Pizza

Cons: Toasting seems to take awhile. They only offer one temperature rating for toast?? Will try using a lower setting. Don't know why I need a timer to toast a piece of bread. I'm so used to the toaster knowing when to shut off. So it takes a bit to get used to achieving your desired results. Tried using the Turbo function to bake a pizza. Did not do a great job. It baked, but not fully like a real oven.
Also, the timer will work even if the oven is not plugged in. So a few times I thought I was toasting my English muffins to find out that I had not plugged the unit in. It's so big and bulky, it hides the outlet.
Broiling function is a bit slow. I had to close the door to get results as the instructions state to keep the door open 3 inches. Well, their elements take so long to warm up, keeping the door open just delays the broiling process more.
I guess I can't really recommend this product at this time. Going to try using the warming function to help my bread dough rise and see if this is at least worth keeping the oven.

Just bought this today. Opened the box and there is no baking pan or crumb tray. The handle on the door was attached crooked. Not even going to plug it in. Guess I should have known you get what you pay for.

She also bought me a hot plate which is also very nice. I am glad to have Oster products in my home and i love my mom.

I just bought this oven a week ago, Love that it cooks & reheats food fast. Only problem is it gets very HOT. You can not touch the outside at all while its on.
