Incredible, Even Cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome! I will start with the con and just get that out of the way- it is huge. Great in the way of having a large surface area to cook on but tough if you have a small kitchen, like mine. My countertops are all too small to fit this griddle so I had it sitting on top of my stove. That worked fine, however. It might also be fun to have on my kitchen table (or an island) and have your older kids cook with you! I will be trying that next with my 4 yr old on pancake day.
For the good- this is the best griddle i have ever used. The diamond force coating so far seems way more durable than other versions/brands and it doesn't feel cheaply made. It was super easy to clean and the non-stick feature really does work. The next awesome feature is the ability to choose the temperature on the dial and how even this griddle heats/cooks. It warms super fast and pancakes were a dream to make! Even in all areas of the griddle and fast- looked like I was Martha Stewart for a minute! Then I attempted to scramble eggs on the griddle. Some of it ran into the drip pan for grease, but i was able to keep most of it contained on the griddle and it cooked fast enough to keep the liquid where it needed to be. Cooked very evenly, didn't burn anywhere, and also easy to clean.
My next project will be to try this with crepes and proteins (bacon/sausage). I'm excited to see how great they turn out! I highly recommend this. I can see how much this will help as well when our stove is fully in use on big brunch/breakfast days in our house. Get this, seriously!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is the caddy of all griddles in my opinion! It had a warming tray under to keep food warm and it's like twice the size of my old worn out griddle. It's made very well and seems of good quality! I'd totally recommend this Cadillac of all griddles!

Prefect for my family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like using bigger kitchen items like this for freezing leftovers for convenience. I like this skillet a lot. It cooks evenly with great heat distribution. Also, it is very easy to clean. It's big but not too big for my counter top. I have limited space so that is a huge plus for me.

Cooks For Four Easily!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this electric griddle!!! It heats up very quickly and has an exceptional non stick surface. I was able to cook breakfast for the four of us without spending too much time to do it. The warming tray is pretty large and kept our toast warm while the rest of our breakfast cooked. It was a breeze to clean and I really appreciate the grooves on the cooking surface that help the grease run off into a grease trap tray. I can't wait to try cooking all kinds of new things!!!

Very nice griddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great griddle. There is a good amount of space to cook on. The griddle warms up quickly so less time spent waiting to cook. Under the griddle, there is a warming tray to keep cooked food, while you're cooking other food. This is a nice feature that I haven't seen in other griddles before.

Great Skillet!

I love that you can take of the lid if you want but also leave it attached so you're not worried about where to set it. I'm looking forward making other meals in this product.
