Questionable quality

I purchased the griddle last month. The temperature settings are inconsistent mostly causing overheating and burning of food. There's a strange discoloration if the surface suggesting the coating used is not rated correctly. Who knows what type of outgassing is happening and getting into the food being cooked. I will be disposing of the griddle and asking a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor. Burns Everything

Got this griddle as a gift. I have used other griddles for years. Unless you set the temp below 300. Everything burns. Very disappointed. Stopped using this griddle. Maybe it’s a malfunction? Let me know if this is a factory defect.

No worries, we are here to help. If your griddle burns everything, the temperature should be set depending on what type of food is being cooked. You can check the manual for the cooking guide so you can see what is the preferred cooking time and temperature per food.

Junk DO NOT BUY!!..This is the worst electric skillet I've ever owned in my entire life. Uneven heating, shuts off while cooking, and hard to clean between tray and plastic. All in all the worst of all electric skillets. Nothing but a piece of junk. Oh and the warming tray that is a seller for most doesn't keep your food warm either!

I love it!

Great electric fryer. I put a small amount of Pam olive oil in it and add any food. No sticking. When I am done cooking I wipe the skillet out with a paper towel, allow it to cool, then hand wash. Okra, bacon, chicken!!! Don't know what I will cook tomorrow!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst griddle

I have used griddles for many years. Some have been expensive and some less expensive but have never had one is bad as this one. Doesn’t cook even and doesn’t even heat to the correct temperature.

Surface Discolors Very Quickly

After the first 5-10 uses, it started to discolor. After a year, it looks like this. Highly disappointed.

Lousy grill!!!!!!

I bought this on 24 Jan 2023 and after 4 uses the surface began to peel off. What a piece of junk. In addition it has a very poor cooking and heat setting system. Stuff just burns even at lower settings.

Our new Camping necessity

This was a perfect cook tool for our camp out. We do cook on camp stove and over campfire but .... cooking on an even heat source of this electric skillet was great. We fried fish in it. Made grilled lunch sandwiches in it, eggs for breakfast . It was a great purchase for us. We plan to fry fish outside in it and not smell up the house at home. Only down fall was i broke the handle and I need to replace it. Looks like a simple fix. I just need to purchase the part. Thank you,
