Great skillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Oster Diamondforce electric skillet! I used it to cook fried eggs and they came out perfect. No need to use cooking spray or butter with this skillet. I am so happy I got the chance to try this out. Looking forward to using this as much as possible

Love, love, love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skillet is the bomb!!! First, it was an easy “put together” if you wanna call it that...the skillet, lid and cord...that’s it! I first cooked bacon.
Let me tell you, I won’t EVER cook bacon any other way! This is a rectangle skillet, so it fits the bacon strips in either direction. There is no grease splatter, it all stays in the pan. It cooked evenly and quick! The grease removal was simple and clean. Using the corner of the skillet, poured the grease right into the jar, with no mess dripping everywhere. Next I made my bacon grilled cheese. Not knowing what the perfect temp should be, I turned it down from when I cooked the bacon. I think I may have turned it down too low, because it took longer than it probably should have. I guess I have play around with it to figure out the proper temps. Irregardless, it still came amazing. Now comes the clean up...simply easy! First off, it wipes right out. With a little warm warm and soap, it’s completely cleaned. I look forward to more cooking options with this skillet!
My only issue, which isn’t big is the pivoting lid is not interchangeable. The pivot side is the side that lines up with my outlet, which so happens to be under my cabinet. Therefore, I can’t lift the lid to it’s max capacity because it hits the cabinet. It wasn’t really an issue in this instance because I didn’t need to use the lid.
I do, however, look forward to using this skillet frequently!

Great Griddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this griddle ! The best thing about it is definitely the warming tray. I used it to cook pancakes and it kept everything nice and warm while I made the others. It also heated up pretty quickly and evenly which I liked as well lt is completely non stick I tested it with cheese just to see what would happen and it wiped off completely with one swipe easily my favorite new kitchen gadget! I definitely recommend!!!

Diamonds are a Girls Bestfriend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this DiamondForce griddle! I got this and could not wait to try it out. So naturally, the next morning I made a full on breakfast!
I made pancakes in my kids favorite shapes, I made sausage, eggs and hashbrowns.
The pancakes came out perfect! They were fluffy and golden brown, no sticking involved at all! The sausage were perfectly cooked and browned to perfection as well ad the hashbrowns.
With the eggs I decided to experiment. There is a line that runs along the entire griddle that is the "grease line" that directs grease into the trap underneath. So I wanted to see if I could cook scrambled eggs without them running too bad. The answer to that, no! The eggs ran from the center of the griddle right to the grease line and into the trap. I didn't lose a lot and the eggs cooked up quick and didn't really run too bad. Next I tried fried eggs and they were perfect! I made 8 fried eggs and 5 sausage in about 10 minutes.
As far as cleaning it goes, simple! I used the spatula to scrap off food and a simple wipe with a damp rag and it was spotless.
It had a temperature adjustment knob, a detachable plug and its big!

Nice electric skillet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oster electric skillet is a very good product. It is made of good quality. The hinged lid is very nice but I would prefer it to be attached to the other side since I’m right handed. The lid keeps greasy messes inside. It cleans up very nicely. it is not overly heavy and it is a great size to cook a nice amount of food at once. The only reason for not rating at a 10 is that I prefer gas cooking over electric.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Skillet!

The attached lid is very convenient, especially when needing to stir your food while cooking. Also, cleaning it is really easy, the food doesn’t stick at all to the pan.

The perfect griddle

It also made perfect grilled cheese and chopped steak. The food did not stick and and the griddle still looks new.

Lovely skillet

I do not have to worry about having a dirty counter top or stove because it has a lid unlike most skillets. I would highly recommend this especially to people with children who cook Breakfast every morning such as myself.
