Great non stick but lose hinge broke

PROS: non stick surface is great.
Cooks great
For 3 weeks we used once week
Cleans up with paper towel
Everyone likes how it cooks and it was a good price at Target.

CONS: Handle Hinge broke after one month. This week we used 2 times everyday. After 3 days, hinge broke. We just open the lid and left it tilted back.
HOW DO I GET HINGE?

DON'T BUY THIS WASTE OF MONEY

I got this as a gift for Christmas.DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY!!!! Worst grill ever. You can't even cook pancakes they do not cook all the way. Worst grill I have ever owned. Going to be throwing it away and buying a proper grill. Don't even want to give it away it is that bad!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nonstick perfection!

I bought this a week ago and already used it 5 times, I love its even cooking and huge size! Love the easy cleanup too, even my cheesy casserole slid right out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice but a few details over looked

Nice looking but the handles make it more than 24” wide which means it can’t be easily stored in most cabinets. Handles are not a cooking feature so why? Nice warming tray but not deep enough to store power cord. Seriously, add 1/16” and make it functional post cooking too. Because the shape of the power/temp gauge is not something that otherwise fits drawers well. It’s actually kinda ridiculous. And the power cord is too short. Really to short! 12” is not sufficient.

I purchased this skillet last week from day one everything stuck to the non stick surface; including bacon, amazing. I shall throw this piece of junk in thrash and never purchase another Sunbeam product.

I always hate the wet spot on the counter when using the electric skillet. When I saw this product I thought the design was perfect, an attached lid. After one use I was so disappointed. This pan is impossible to clean with the lid attached & i certainly don't want to add/remove screws every time I use it. The pan heated up nicely & cooked fine but the lid was a huge disappointment. Why not just add a piece where you can insert the lid without it having to be screwed in place?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this skillet to start cooking healthy. It's wonderful. Cooks the food evenly. Heats up fast. Most of it is dish washer safe and easy comes apart. The diamond force feature keeps foods from sticking even cheese.
I would recommend this to a friend!
