I got this grill as a gift from my daughter

Acted 2 weeks using it, I used it about 3 times during that period I heard a sound while I was using it and light under the grill and immediately I unplugged it. I don’t know why this happened I have never had any problem with any Oster appliance before.

We bought two of this trashy
First one stopped working three months after we started using it, when my mom bought second one she didn’t realize both were same brand until these second one stopped working after three months.
Now I have two of those in my garage 😡trash
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the money!

My mom bought me this griddle for a present. I used it twice and when I went to use it again, it no longer heats up. I've only had it less than a year🤦‍♀️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your griddle no longer heats up, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non-working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the unit. Let the unit rest for 3-5 minutes. Then, plug it into a different wall outlet. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips, and power converters or inverters as it may affect the griddle's performance.

Your Oster® DiamondForce™ 10-Inch x 20-Inch Nonstick Electric Griddle has a 1-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a good day!

Bought this a few months ago to replace the one I've had for 20 years. The only good about it is that it heats up quick. However the male to female connection to heat up the griddle is absolute garbage and a pain in the butt hassle every time we use it. We have to pick it up and and make sure it lines up properly. The cord itself is short. This thing has been more of a inconvenience than convenience. I would 100% not recommend buying this griddle until the plug connection is updated with a better guide for the prongs or something. Just ridiculous the way that part is designed.

Realmente no lo recomiendo lo use menos de 6 meses tanto el regulador de corriente como la resistencia se dañaron oster pon más calidad en tus productos los precios los tienes muy altos para la calidad q ofreces

I bought this on Nov 2023 for my husband's birthday. He's used it several times a week since then and it was great, very roomy. Until today. It just stopped heating. It's always been plugged directly into the wall outlet. He unplugged it and plugged it back in, but it's no use, it's done. The end of the prong appears to be burned, I don't know if it's normal. But now to look for a replacement.
