Wow!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was iffy about this at first, but once I used it I am now in love!!! This is not to big and not to small! It cooked 6 pieces of fish with still soem room. The lid attaches to the handle you would pick it up with. The lid opens up all the way so it is very easy to tend to your food. I love how the lid has a nice big handle on it and is lift up off the glass so you don’t accidentally burn your self. This is very easy to clean. It has the port for the the plug to go into that has a dial on it to adjust the temperature of the skillet. When washing out the skillet this end can not go in the water or it will be ruined. Thank goodness this is not an awkward skillet so it is easy to put one end of the skillet in sink to wash. Also the lid is so easy to take off to wash it also. I highly recommend this!!!

Nice skillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Oster Electric Skillet in exchange for my review of the product the skillet is a good size of skillet I love the fact that the skillet has a hinged lid so no lost lid in my house.i decided to make steak And cut up potatoes in my new skillet the skillet heats up pretty quickly I love the fact that the skillet has a non stick Diamond Force coating so you can use very little cooking oil .The skillet is very easy to use and you can leave it alone for a couple minutes so that you can do something else.I love the fact that since the skillet is non stick it very easy to clean up .I recommend that you try to use utensils that are made for this type of skillet so you can have years of use and scratch free results.I will be buying the exact skillet as a wedding gift in a couple of days and I will be giving recommendations to family and friends about how well the performance of this skillet is thank you for the chance to give my honest opinion about this product

Easy clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Oster® DiamondForce™ 12"x16" Electric Skillet w/ Hinged Lid as a product test review. The skillet is great we made breakfast for dinner with it cooking everything in it. Let me tell you something the scrambled eggs with cheese did not stick to the skillet like most eggs do when scrambled. And for clean up just wipe down with paper towels or spray with water no scrubbing required I love this about the diamondforce coating. The hinged lid can easily be removed for easier use.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Monday and Tuesday I put it to use! My chicken livers turned out great! I didn’t have to add much oil in it either. They turned out nice tender and crispy. One of my favorite features is the bracket that holds the lid!!! No more finding a place to lay the lid down while still trying to cook! Awesomeness

Non stickable hinged lid amazing

Oster Diamond Force Electric Skillet a Jewel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely at a loss of words beyond happy. I absolutely love my Oster Diamond Electric Skillet we made some Chicken Fajitas and all i added was a bit of extra virgin olive oil to give it flavor the food came out absolutely delicious and the hinged lid is such a plus.... Everything came out so good so easy to use it did not stick at all the food and it was so easy to clean to wash.
We made some eggs with it also and we did quesadillas as well no mess it came out great it did not stick on the skillet and the fact that its so easy to use fast and convenient is such a plus I am absolutely 100% sure this is a gem a jewel and such a good product to have a new innovative clean and easy way too cook I absolutely love love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy With this product Heats up fast and doesn't burn anything Easy to make hot cakes does not stick anything And very fast to clean it with a little oil you can make fried eggs.It has space to store so it doesn't get cold and it has a low plate for the trash can

Great for family breakfast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this twice in two days. I love it. I made pancakes for my family of seven. It is large enough for me to fit 6-8 nice sized pancakes at once. I also cooked chicken breast and salmon fillets for dinner the following night. It is truly a nonstick surface. The melted chocolate from the pancakes and the sauce from the salmon caused no issues at all. With one swoop of the spatula they came right off. Clean up was a breeze. The warming tray didn't really work out for my pancakes only about three of them fit in there, I couldn't really stack them because they were on the fluffy side. It also did seem to cook a bit faster on one side than the other so heat distribution might be off a tad. Very small difference though so overall I'd say it is a great product.
