Extremely poor quality

I purchased this skillet last week from day one everything stuck to the non stick surface; including bacon, amazing. I shall throw this piece of junk in thrash and never purchase another Sunbeam product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't Buy This

I always hate the wet spot on the counter when using the electric skillet. When I saw this product I thought the design was perfect, an attached lid. After one use I was so disappointed. This pan is impossible to clean with the lid attached & i certainly don't want to add/remove screws every time I use it. The pan heated up nicely & cooked fine but the lid was a huge disappointment. Why not just add a piece where you can insert the lid without it having to be screwed in place?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ive never used an electric skillet, per the "basic" instructions included, it advised to
go to your web page for operating instructions, receipes, warranty details, i did that
and went to the oster diamond force electric skillet page, but I could not find any
operating instructions or sample recipes, i was disappointed , Im not a good cook so I like to have additional information, such as since its a diamondforce nonstick skillet do I have to add oil when frying meat, ?

I’m so glad I bought this deep fryer. My deep fryer quite after 14 years, I hope this one last just as long.

Teflon flaking off

This is the third electric skillet I've brought from Oster. I always love them that's why I went back and bought it again. But within a couple of months the Teflon coating started to come off it bubbled up on the bottom and I'm almost afraid to use it because I don't want to be eating Teflon. I didn't keep my receipt because I didn't think I would need it. The place I bought it doesn't want to take it back without a receipt. I'm just wanting to know what my options are and if Oster will stand behind their product?

Cooks wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this skillet to start cooking healthy. It's wonderful. Cooks the food evenly. Heats up fast. Most of it is dish washer safe and easy comes apart. The diamond force feature keeps foods from sticking even cheese.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle is great for cooking breakfast to avoid using separate pans for pancakes, sausage, etc. you can just throw it all on the griddle and keep things warm in the included warming tray. The cord to plug this in is very, very short so you may need an extension cord which is very inconvenient. Still a great product overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Oster Griddle is something straight out of my families breakfast loving dreams!!! It is so spacious and filled with wonderful features!
We a BIG breakfast family! my son's favorite request is breakfast for dinner he loves it so much! Normally, making a huge breakfast would take me so much time and energy but not while using this Griddle! Honestly, I enjoy using it so much I could make breakfast for the whole neighborhood! My pancakes came out like a total dream! And my kids couldn't agree more! I personally love the warming tray feature!! If you are a big breakfast person than this is a must for your home!
