I love this skillet, it cooks good. But, the plug started to burn out.

Terrible design, not at all worth the money

I bought this a few months ago, I've only ever cooked on medium heat yet there are brown burn marks on the skillet where the heating is. The hinged lid was very stupid idea. It's straight up dangerous. I've had the whole thing flip on me because the lid is most of the time heavier then the food. Terrible skillet. Wish I had something else.

Meltdown

I bought this probably 3 months ago and have used it a handful of times. Today, the lid hinge melted and broke. My grandma always recommended Oster brand, but seeing the reviews and my own experience is proving contrary. Really wishing I would have done the warranty thing when I bought it.

problem with hinged lid

We love the skillet itself, but the hinged lid with the handle is a problem. Lifting the lid puts the skillet off-balance - we have had a couple of instances where the pan almost flipped over. If you had a pan without the hinged lid, we'd purchase it, but will have to stop using this one because we have kids that may accidentally flip the pan over. This is a liability!!! (the 12"x16" is the perfect size for us)

Junk. Only owned 16 months and have never used it more than maybe 1 time per month as we are not big friend food eaters.

Love it!

I have had this product for about 4 months and I love it! The only issue is that the lid broke! The part that holds the lid up somehow snapped. Very sad because that was a huge part of why I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a week ago and already used it 5 times, I love its even cooking and huge size! Love the easy cleanup too, even my cheesy casserole slid right out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Imstruction booklet

Where is the informational packet on the use, instructions, and maybe some recipes? I have the pan but there isn’t a guide for using and taking care of the product come on people wake up and smell the coffee. I don’t know how to rate it or if I would recommend it. I don’t want to ruin the pan so I haven’t used it yet.
