Great griddle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle is very nice. The coating is very good, I have had no issues with sticking so far. The food cooks evenly. The surface area is very generous, without being too cumbersome and the warming try is a very handy feature. Overall, I am very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality

The temperature gauge does not work. My pancakes burned instantly with the 325 setting. Everything sticks unless you use a large quanity of oil.The warming tray is half the size of the previous model that worked perfectly. The surface is impossible to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a great design

Very disappointed with this griddle. The electrical cord does not stay plugged to the griddle socket and I have to keep my hand there to keep it connected. It looks like someone else had the same issue which I commented on. This griddle also cooks unevenly.

I bought this electric skillet because I trust the Oster brand and because of it's large size and Diamond technology. I've had this skillet for a week now and have used it several times. I do love the size and I have fit large quantities of food in it, and I love that it heats up fast and love the features of the lid . Although, I noticed that the pan and handles are made of rather thin quality and after only using soft silicon utensils it already has faint scratches on the pan surface. Also, after washing I still got a new pan taste in my food for the first few times I used. I wish the cooking surface of the pan was a little better quality. So far, not sure if it is the temperature settings or thin pan surface but food either cooks too fast or too slow. But I will say since it is still new, I will continue to keep and use, hoping to perfect the heat settings and find what cooks best in this pan because the size is great for bigger quantities for bigger families. Thanks!

Pater really dropped the ball on this product, the heat is uneven, it sticks and it having issue keeping the plug in the griddle

It literally cooks anything!

I can make complete breakfasts, lunches or dinners for two! Very versatile if used right. You can go from steaks to pastas to pancakes easily. Just follow instructions, keep at correct heat and treat skillet gently for best results!

Lid hinge broke within 1 month of purchase
