Missing part

I bought this pool and am missing a piece for the ladder. The pool cannot be entered or exited safely at this time

Above ground pool

We found the instructions to be hard to follow. Does say if the filter hoses should be tight to the inside of the pool or not. If the filter needs to be on the ground or a stand for easy reaching. Also no filter size. How to put the filter in. All our other pools the filter snapped in. This one doesn't. It just floats in the filter housing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this yesterday and it's been amazing easy set up step by step instructions very beautiful the outside liner really looks like small bricks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brand new pool leaks

Bought the pool on 6/22 and put it up on 6/29. It does go up pretty easy. However, we left the hose in overnight and discovered it is leaking. I know these things sometimes happen and I want a new liner. I am not going to patch a brand new pool, and it is leaking from a seam. Depending on the customer service, I will right a new review on way or the other

Water leaks

We've had this pool for a few weeks and I have to fill it with MORE water every few days because it leaks at the out tube filtration. Everything has been checked and connected properly but it still leaks where the tubes are. We checked everything!! It also leaks from the top of the pump when it is not on filtration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
