The additional biometric security features are a nice touch, as is the excellent sound system. Battery life is slightly shorter than I’d hoped, though still quite good, and the camera is terrible given the price point. But overall this is a terrific laptop that won’t disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (This is a Win 11 machine) As I've come to expect, this is a beautifully constructed, solid, stable machine and like the multiple Thinkpads I've owned over 2 decades, I have no doubt this will stand the test of time, in terms of its understated design, impeccable engineering and mil-spec reliability. Just go buy this, and you wouldn't be cycling thru lesser brands in a couple of years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The intel sticker on the side has permanent adhesive, which is a big no-no. That's why I docked 1 star. All the work the engineers put into the small bezels and the processors, yet 1/5 of the effort goes away due to stupid adhesive on a sticker. Shame. Also, the classic Lenovo Battery icon in the taskbar has been removed from this recent version of Vantage. Another shame and star docked.
