The computer arrived with broken speakers. Lenovo had no more in stock so I had to return it for a refund which is a 10-20 business day process. Lenovo’s poor QA is now my problem.

I thought this version X1 Gen9 had a touchscreen, it does not. I'm so disappointed in this model and seriously thinking about returning it. I have other Lenovo laptops that are all touchscreen. If this is where your company is heading you should probably get out of this business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a brilliant laptop. I have been using a Lenovo T460s for the last five years and decided to upgrade to the X1 Carbon. My T460s has been an excellent and reliable workhorse and will now serve as my backup computer. The X1 screen is vibrant and is able to display the smallest detail clearly. The key pad is the best I have ever used and I am happy that Lenovo still has a trackpoint.
