Build quality is very high, the machine is wicked fast and very light, and it works as advertised. This is not my first ThinkPad, but it is my first in many years -- I took a break right after Lenovo took over the brand, assuming the quality would decline. It has not.

The keyboard is still very comparable to older thinkpads with the new keyboard style, the new screen aspect ratio makes browsing better, and the general level of ports and connectivity for a laptop this size makes this laptop an all-around winner.
