Horrible Battery Life

5 hrs ago, I received my X1 Carbon Gen 9th core i7 16GB RAM. I fully charged my battery and kept the battery option on Balance mode.
Just surfing on the internet in 20 minutes, I lost 10% of the charge. The battery shows it will last only 3hr 17 minutes.
Really Disappointed. I really wanted to have X1 Carbon but sadly will return it. Don't feel like it's reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
