Solid business laptop. Ultra light, durable, and highly performant. Battery life is good but not as great as I was hoping for, if you do a lot of video conference calls then the battery will drain quickly. Biggest pet peeve is the fingerprint scanner, rarely works on the first try, sometimes exceeding the limit for retries, requiring a pin. Otherwise no other complaints, great business laptop, very comfortable to use

The product information was very deceiving and didn’t clearly indicate what wasn’t included with my new laptop. The product Information was so rich with features that I later realized after purchase were options I missed out! Minimally I expected a touch screen and SD card slot that were not included. Very disappointed with my purchase and should’ve read the fine print

Upgrading my Gen 2 to Gen 9

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my hardworking Gen 2 (5 days a week, 8hrs a day for work). Very familiar but a lot faster and quieter (hardly any fan activity now). Solid battery performance. Love the new 16:10 aspect ratio. However, I have yet to find a fairly priced, USB C, 16:10 monitor from Lenovo or anyone else.
The jury is still out on the keyboard - different layout and feel from my Gen 2.
