[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my last ThinkPad for 6 years and loved it. For a short period I had a Dell that was heavy and had no battery life. My new Lenovo is great. Light, easy to use, and fast. Highly recommend this computer for work and play.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade from my old thinkpad x1 carbon. It appears to have less junkware than previous model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Expected the shipment in 4 months, but receive it within 1 month. Very nice. So far it is working fine. No issues at this moment.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a solid business laptop. Lightweight, fast, and built with quality, has a phenomenal keyboard. The best ultrabook in its class! The only minor issue is with its ports. I've had 3 Lenovo's, 2 of which are X1 carbons. The X1's seem to have an issue with display ports failing on initial boot or after waking it from sleep mode. Either HDMI or USB-C, failing to send a signal to the external monitor. A reboot fixes the problem, but is annoying nonetheless. Doesn't happen every time either. Eventual futuer computer updates seem to fix this issue on past Lenovo machines, and hopefully this one too. But it's clearly a Lenovo driver issue that happened on the Gen 6 and now the Gen 9. Also not sure why this post thinks I have a Linux version, this is the Carbon Gen 9 with Windows Pro.
