[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just works flawlessly. Purchased a new xps 15 and returned it in order to get this x1 carbon. Such a better experience from ease of use, to port selection, to pure productivity. The only aspect that is better about the xps is the screen, but everything else leans towards the carbon. If you buying for work or school, don't waste your time with the macbook copy cats and get the proven champ of work laptops.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got my laptop I was very pleased with the look, feel and performance of it. On the first week of receiving the laptop, my speakers became defective. It fixes on its own when I restart the laptop. I tried to get a replacement but after confirming the replacement I received an email saying I will be getting my money back because they didn't have any left in stock. I decided to keep the laptop as it is. I do like and enjoy this laptop, but after having it for over a month, I think is overpriced for what it is and what it does.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GREAT keyboard, lightning fast bright, crisp monitor. Lightweight yet powerful. Can’t ask for more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop for work and travel. My only complaints are the finger print reader rarely works and the battery life is not great. Also, windows 11 has some auto-dimmer settings that are difficult to shutoff.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with a broken system board. Usb c not recognized by external monitors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, exactly as advertised. Very light and very fast. This is my second X1 Carbon, the first one is seven years old and still working fine, albeit a little slow.
