[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well built. Keyboard remains top of the line and should honestly be the standard of other brands.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a maximized version of it, which has everything I need. The computing power is amazing and is very quiet. The ports are great. Extremely good screen (the 3440 version). Most features are top of the kind. The only average level thing is the camera. Also, it is not designed for gaming of course.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon laptop as my other (non-Lenovo) laptop bit the dust. While I have generally been skeptical of processor upgrades, the move from 7th Gen Core i7 vPro to 9th Gen Core i7 vPro EVO is quite noticable. I appreciate the more curved keys that hug your fingers to avoid miskeying. The tactitle feel makes it fun to type again! The trackball is larger and flatter than previous iterarations I've used and it reduces muscle fatigue when using it for long durations of scrolling. The camera shutter is also a nice tool to provide peace of mind when I want to ensure that I am off-camera during video calls, but the video quality from web-cam is something to be desired. The colors seem muted and not vibrant in its appearance. The body is light and has a low profile with still enough ports that I can connect effortlessly to USB and HDMI equipment without needing an additional switch hub or dongle. I am also impressed with the technology behind the fingerprint mechanism as I have virtually no misreads to date. There is a rasied notch on the bottom of the laptop to provide better air flow on a desk, but you would want to invest in a laptop tray if you have prolonged use on your lap as it does heat up. While I work from home, the privacy screen with indicators of people looking over your shoulder is a nice feature for work on a plane or in a coffeeshop. I usually am near an outlet and really don't spend an absurb amount of time unpluged, so the battery duration is sufficient for my needs. There is also a bit more noticible real estate with the 16inch X 10inch screen. Overall, I am impressed with the features that have led to greater productivity and comfort during an 8-10 hour workday. With the right deals/discounts on the Lenovo website, it can also be a relative affordable business laptop.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm replacing my 5 year old X1 Carbon with this new one and I'm truly excited by the constant quality and little improvements Lenovo added to the line.
These are great laptop for my work at the job site !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the touchscreen, the thinness and lightweight of the laptop. This is my second ThinkPad and love the addition of the touchscreen for added flexibility.
