[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a rabid fan of Lenovo for years. Unfortunately, this last purchase is discouraging. I bought the top of line Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon. The audio is not working. I purchased service, and can't get anyone to return my messages. Lots of help tickets created, but no replies. I've even left many messages on facebook messenger.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the computer well enough but the keyboard really lacks. The space bar is located too close to the top buttons of the mouse pad, causing inadvertant strikes to it, totally frustrating! Really wish i could return this laptop!
