[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent! Can't really say anything negative, so far it's been working on point. Sometimes loading pages can take a second longer than usual but I am a bit inpatient so it's a toss up. Either way great product and I have the touch screen one which works seamlessly. Compared them side by side with the regular one also and the quality is the same on both. I happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used a t480 before this (which was still great) and appreciate having the same power in a much nicer form factor. The speakers are also shockingly good, it's the first Windows laptop I think has better speakers than a Macbook pro (yes seriously).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good computer at a reasonable price. Seems to do everything I was looking for, no issues. Fast delivery, easy start up. Would purchase again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 after owning/exclusively using the same ThinkPad T440s for the last seven years. I just graduated law school and will be taking the remote bar exam this summer. My T440s is not compatible with the exam software, so I pooled my graduation gift funds to buy the newest version, hoping it would last as long, and be as reliable, as my T440s has been overall. The X1 Carbon was great for about four days. Then it suddenly stopped charging and has not powered on since. I might as well have bought a very expensive brick. I am going through the required steps for covered warranty repair, but by the time it I get it back and can (hopefully) use it again, I'll have been without it for about three weeks. I was hoping to do all of my bar prep on the new machine so I'd be completely familiar with it on exam day. Therefore, the fact that it was in stock/available at the beginning of May was a big factor in my purchase decision. Had I known of these issues, I probably would have ordered a custom build for a comparable price instead, and I'd likely have received it and been able to actually use it sooner than the one I bought. I hope this is all resolved quickly; this exam is way to important an investment to leave to a faulty/unreliable computer...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop. Only complaint is I wish the ctrl key was the furthest left key on the keyboard similar to a standard standalone keyboard (the fn key is furthest left). This takes some getting used to for productivity applications such as excel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Computer! It is fast and doesn't lag at all. The touchscreen and privacy guard are great as well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super light, all-day battery, more than enough oomph from the processor, great screen and it's not a mac. What more can you ask? Well worth the extra bucks to get the top-of-the-line model.
