Amazing! the power is excellent and the battery lasts and lasts. the keyboard is a pleasure to type on. Just hope you got the premier support if you have any issues. the base line support leaves a lot to be desired. After one call to them, I bought the premier on-site support and would recommend it to anyone buying a lenovo product. If you are on the fence about the X1-Carbon Gen 9, just order it. it does a great job!

the laptop is robust and feels and moves good however the keyboard is now worse then it was before which is a shame as the main qualities of these machines used to be are reliability, weight and keyboard quality...
