The product came with no user manual, nor instructions on accessing a tutorial. As a result, I have struggled trying to figure out how to use the machine to its full potential. Also, I am a little disappointed in the battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not a cheap computer, but with the specs ordered (i7, 32gb RAM) it's a legitimate value versus its competition. Not quite as light as I would hope, but still pretty light and it's been the perfect workhorse so far. I could have gotten away with less computer, but glad I went with it.

Really like the feel and lightweightness of this laptop. I may have enjoyed a bit bigger screen, but this is sufficient for everyday needs (probably not graphic design nor architecture where you may want a larger screen).
